It’s time for a smooth transition from planning to execution. After we finalize your design, we’ll schedule an installation date. Our team will handle the details so your project starts on time and stays on track.
Let’s set the wheels in motion. Our team of professional contractors will come to your home on installation day to start working on your flooring or remodeling project. We will complete the project within the timeline we provided at the beginning of the project.

How do we get your floors to look their best? Like everyone, we have a process to ensure your project is carried out in a timely manner with minimal disruption to your daily routine. After all, we want to ensure your home comfort. Here’s how we get things done.
Concept
The first step in your journey to new floors is the consultation. After liaising with our sales and finding the right materials, everything is set into motion. Our team will discuss project details, measure the space, and provide you with samples. Then, we will provide you with a same-day estimate.
Design
The next step is meeting with one of our designers. The designer will help determine the layout to give you your desired aesthetic. This stage includes choosing the colors or the staining if you opt for hardwood. It will ensure you’re going to be happy with the way it looks once installed.
Schedule Project
Ready to bring your vision to life? This step ensures a smooth transition from planning to execution. Once your design is finalized, we’ll coordinate with you to set a convenient installation date. Our professional team will handle all logistics, ensuring your project starts on time and stays on track. With minimal disruption to your daily routine, we’ll bring your new floors to life efficiently and professionally.
Development
Next, the wheels are set into motion. Our team of professional installers will work with you to schedule a date to install your new floors. From there, we will come over on installation day to get everything into place. We will complete the project within the timeline we provided at the beginning of the project.

You can find the Floor Inspirations showroom at 14082 Memorial Drive in West Houston and we primarily serve homeowners within a 3-5 mile pocket around the showroom. We also serve select neighborhoods across the greater Memorial area including Hedwig Village, Piney Point, Bunker Hill, Thousand Oaks Park, West University, Rice Military, Conroe, Carlton Woods, The Woodlands, Alden Bridge, Panorama Village, Cochran’s Crossing, Panther Creek and Creekside Park.
We are an appointment-first showroom. That means we plan the client experience around you, not a walk-in queue. Start by booking a measurement and design consultation. From there, our team will guide you through material selection, bring samples to your spaces and provide an estimate within 2-3 days.
Floor Inspirations carries a full range of flooring options for Houston homeowners. When you visit our boutique showroom or schedule an in-home consultation, you can choose from hardwood (solid and engineered), luxury vinyl plank (LVP), luxury vinyl tile (LVT), SPC flooring, tile (ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, glass, natural stone, marble, slate, travertine and terrazzo), carpet, custom area rugs, laminate and epoxy. We carry products from leading brands including Mohawk, Shaw, Mirage, Coretec, Mannington and Mulligan.
We do. Floor Inspirations offers a full suite of kitchen and bathroom remodeling services including custom cabinetry and accessories. Our team will proactively communicate throughout your project like we do with our flooring clients so you always know what’s happening next.
If your home has experienced water damage, turn to us. Floor Inspirations can assess and replace your flooring materials that make sense for Houston’s climate. Waterproof and water-resistant flooring options like luxury vinyl plank (LVP), SPC flooring and porcelain tile are available. We can guide you toward the right choice for your space and lifestyle.
Floor Inspirations only hires experienced installation crews who are held to a high standard of craftsmanship, jobsite respect and professionalism. We manage each project end-to-end from measurement to final walkthrough, providing daily updates along the way.
At Floor Inspirations, we stand behind every installation. Warranty coverage depends on the product and manufacturer, but our team will discuss specific warranty terms for the flooring material you choose before we start working so you know what’s covered.
Most flooring projects are scheduled approximately two weeks from the order date as we do have to order the majority of materials. For select in-stock materials with certain vendors, next-day installation may be available (subject to availability). Our team will keep you updated at every stage — from material order to installation day.”
Flooring installation project price depends on the material type, square footage, room conditions and the scope of the project. At Floor Inspirations, we provide detailed estimates within 2-3 days of your consultation so you get a clear, accurate number before committing. The average project value for our clients is $7,500, but projects range depending on the scope and material selection.
Floor Inspirations accepts credit, debit, cash and check. Financing is also available through Wells Fargo at 0% interest for a minimum of 12 months so you can move forward with your project on a timeline that suits your needs. Financing is subject to approval.
